Can I withdraw the 1000 GEC bonus I received as part of the "start account" promotion?

Terms and conditions for the withdrawal of GEC tokens under the "start account" promotion:

The 1000 GEC token received as part of the promotion will not qualify for withdrawal.
Withdrawals are subject to profits exceeding 1000 GEC achieved from trading until September 30, 2023.
From October 1, 2023, the accounts will remain active; however, the GEC token will not be withdrawable.
The promotion is valid until July 10, 2023. During this time, every new account registered with our partner's referral link will receive a BONUS of 1000 GEC.
The 1000 GEC is exclusive to one customer only, and we reserve the right to block the account and cancel the withdrawal if our employees detect an attempt of fraud through the registration of multiple accounts by the same user.
